- Inspire women in the network through strong role mdoels sharing their stories
- Share best practice
- Champion women in science
- Build confidence and skills of women in science
- So ultimately create a more profitable and prosperous science sector which benefits everyone

We started Senior Women In Science in 2024 with the goal of increasing the number or women at a leadership level. Research consistently shows that more gender balanced teams are more profitable and successful.
